The executable file Suspend Tool comes in a ZIP package. After unpacking it, just double-click to start a new program and click on one of the following options to be activated:
Suspend - Suspend computer activities;
Hibernate - Hibernate the computer;
Monitor Suspend - suspend the activities of the monitor.

Suspend Tool is an option completely dispensable when it comes to putting your computer to hibernate or suspend their activities. That's because it needs to be run to leave the options at hand for those who use the PC, ie, does not add any buttons more practical to take these actions.
These functions already exist in Windows and are easily accessed through the Start menu, which means keeping it on your computer is quite irrelevant if you want more practicality.
