Starter Background Changer lets you change the wallpaper and other options that users do not have Windows Starter. It has an interface similar to Windows itself, which facilitates the settings.
Familiar tools
After installing the application, you can change the options and leave them the way that most people are familiar with Vista and other versions of Windows 7. That is, click the right mouse button on the desktop and select "Customize" (Custom).
In the customization window, select one of the options to leave your computer to your liking. You can change wallpaper, colors, sounds, and the Windows screen saver. The program is also able to change the background automatically, as in any other version of Windows 7 and Vista.
Alternatively, there is another way to change the background image to the Desktop. The user can click the right button on an image (JPG or BMP) and choose the option "Choose like wallpaper" from the context menu.

After downloading the program, start the installation. The interface is in English, however, the installation is in French. See the image the right buttons to perform the installation without problems:

Before installing " Starter Background Changer " you can create a restore point in Windows, so if you do not like the program or if it does not work properly, you can simply restore the system to a point before you installed the program.Click here to learn how to create a restore point.
